Why Socer Game Film Analysis?

As we enter into the age of all things digital, video analysis has become a key aspect of the game. At Vista Soccer Academy, we believe that dissecting film and analyzing all aspects of your game is crucial in being able to improve as a player.

We understand that club and high school coaches do not have the time or resources to focus on individual players and nor do we expect them to. Coaching teams with 16+ player rosters and often being responsible for multiple teams, is a lot to ask of our club coaches.

At Vista Soccer Academy we watch your game film and focus our attention solely on you, the individual player. We look at your movement, your positioning with & without the ball, we look at your decision making and the execution of your passing, shooting, dribbling and tackling. 

After breaking down and highlighting the areas mentioned above, we will then schedule a zoom meeting to discuss our observations and create a plan as to how you can improve your performance for the next game.

Video performance analysis certainly cannot replace practicing with the ball at your feet but we feel that it is a crucial resource in order for you to elevate your game to the next level.
